Pros

Excellent Benefits for family,Latest technologies,Cool downtown office,Unlimited Sick Leave,Excellent 401k match (8%), Generous PTO days,Cool contests like Hackathon,US Day. If you are in entry level or mid level in your career, this is one of the best companies you can work for, if you are interested to work in Microsoft technologies that is. This is completely Microsoft shop. Coworkers are smart but sometimes, it will lead to multiple meetings to discuss same things. Company has bonus program + profit sharing. Work/Life balance is better in core (atleast in my team), client facing departments has busy and free times (before start of a new client project). This is one of the companies which has shown profit growth year after year for 30 years consecutively (a third person told me in the elevator when I told him i work here)

Cons

Going up the ladder is a big problem. It can happen very slowlly in core departments.Client facing departments seems to promote people fast than core.

Pros

Intelligent, innovative, and energetic staff. Great local management fosters open communication, innovative ideas, and employee activities.

Cons

Unclear "smoke and mirrors" presentations from corporate/HQ management. Lack of good profit sharing or "pay for performance" bonus system. Profits and client satisfaction reach or exceed "Plan" (highest objective level), but come bonus/compensation time the money doesn't make it down to the hardworking staff.
