      1. Work can sometimes be interesting 2. Good clients to work with

      1. No recognition for good work, my clients appreciate my work more than my managers 2. Negligible annual raise 3. Upper management tends to be rude to juniors. Lots of blaming on juniors. 4. Huge communication gap between teams.

      Pay is extremely low for the type of work being down, to the point of insulting. It wasnt uncommon to put in work weeks with 10+ hours of OT and nothing to show for it in pay. Executive leadership is toxic and puts extreme pressure on lower ranks. During my time there pay raises and promotions were frozen, layoffs occurred
