Pros

None- with the latest actions coming from the executive leadership to sue mid to low level management employees who left in 2015 (please note that in previous years, several employees left for competitors with no legal action taken), this is no place for anyone with any level of talent to place on their consideration list for a new career opportunity.

Cons

The list is just too long- so here are a few key reasons: 1) The owner has checked out and allows his executive level hires to make a myriad of poor decisions daily. I would like to believe that the owner is unaware of many of these actions, but that in itself is a problem. 2) The executive level hires cannot spell "leadership", let alone showcase any strong leadership traits so that others can follow by example 3) The culture is one of "every man for himself" with massive blame placed on anyone who cannot figure out how to hide and deflect. Moreover, their is an overtone of mean spirited and vindictive behavior from the executive team.

Pros

Nice co-workers. Company location close to where I live. OK benefits.

Cons

No career growth opportunities in the ever shrinking PMO. Inadequate compensation. Insecure and incompetent lady bosses in Detroit office. Most of the people in the higher position have never worked in any other company - newer talents are seen as threats. Not very engaging or challenging projects. No value of employees. Only complacent /conformist / submissive personality types can last in this work place.

Pros

- Downtown location - Free Parking - The people working there

Cons

- No career potential - It's all about the clicks - You work hard, you don't get anything back - No valuation of hard-working employees who give out their best - Bonus is laughable when compared to competitors
