Pros

The work environment was starting to get better before I left. They surround you with very talented individuals and offer great benefits.

Cons

Sometimes the hours could get a little intense. The technology they are using is starting to become quite outdated.

Company really wants to create a great environment for their employees Very smart, good, hard-working, honest people work here Leadership works hard to live into corporate values of collaboration and transparency

Analytical nature of the workforce can create a cold environment at times Company wants to drive profitability, but doesn't provide any vision or leadership to change to achieve the targets
