Nice co-workers. Company location close to where I live. OK benefits.

Cons

No career growth opportunities in the ever shrinking PMO. Inadequate compensation. Insecure and incompetent lady bosses in Detroit office. Most of the people in the higher position have never worked in any other company - newer talents are seen as threats. Not very engaging or challenging projects. No value of employees. Only complacent /conformist / submissive personality types can last in this work place.

Co-workers are generally kind... not much else.

Cons

Management - particularly the women - feels threatened by any young workers with potential. They will get rid of you if you are free thinking and motivated to succeed. The men seem generally so wrapped up in how much money they are making that they don't have time to save the good workers.
