Great people and challenging projects

The people their are top notch. Company provides solid compensation. The projects are interesting and there is great innovation happening.

Cons

Sometimes we seem to spin our wheels planning and knick-picking instead of taking action. I wish we spent a bit more resources in research and forward thinking instead of fire-fighting.

Intelligent friendly people, up to date software for employees to use,

The lack of transparency causes problems among teams. Overworked, hardworking, and dedicated employees get compensated with a cheap coin. Bad work/life balance. Poor performing employees get tossed around and get to hide in the corner and still get paid. Promotion process is unclear and somewhat biased (rewards those who do little to no work). Office culture diminishing.
