Pros

The technology used is up-to-date, and they do jump onto new ones relatively quickly. That makes the company forward-thinking. The software they develop is very interesting and innovative.

Cons

Recent years have been a challenge, with the decline of the automotive industry hitting the company a bit. The company needs to think strongly about generating new silo's outside of the automotive world.

Pros

Working as a software developer at Urban Science is great if you don't want to do anything but develop software. I was never denied any requested time off or pressured not to take it. Everyone at Urban Science is smart.

Cons

Depending on which team you get put on can have a big impact on the software development process used and the quality of the codebase you work one.
