Pros

They are doing a good job trying to be inclusive and offer time for us to volunteer in our communities. Teams are friendly and maintain a good balance of having high expectations while also not being too demanding. For some teams, 100% remote is possible/allowed but most allow some form of remote work.

Cons

The compensation package (pay, bonus, benefits) is not fantastic.

Pros

Flexible. HR has made a genuine effort to improve company benefits. Great people. Very little in the way of corporate politics - collaboration takes precedence over pointless posturing. There's a lot of autonomy on most data or client-facing teams which can make the work interesting at times.

Cons

Monetary compensation is abysmal, but you can kind of expect that as many of our revenue streams were negotiated pre-covid. A business strategy has been communicated to employees, but it's generally dressed in over-optimism that runs rampant in the auto industry and is therefore difficult to trust at times. The CEO is getting up there and it's not clear what's next.
