      The company is experiencing rapid growth, some things have worked well and some haven't. It's obvious the management team try to objectively pivot when things aren't working well. Co-workers are all amazingly hard working and motivated. The hiring teams actively seek out those who embody the company's core values of Cohesion, Conviction, and Humility.

      The team's diversity profile is growing but there are still improvements to be made.

      Strong team environment. Focus on building innovative rocket engine technology. Co-location of design, build, and test. Seeing tests every day is fantastic. Open minded to different ideas and gives ownership to individuals.

      Small, dynamic company forces pivots. Can be unsettling. Ownership means decision making. This can cause stress. Growing company also means organizational changes happen frequently.
