This was the greatest place that I have ever had the privilege of working for. The company culture was excellent and employees were treated like owners and appreciated for their contributions to the company success. Now needing to look for new opportunties.

Cons

Being a start up company for over 8 years and now being in a position to need to lay employees off.

Cons

Management is in it for themselves, at anyone’s expense. Office culture is akin to being in a cult and a popularity contest everyday. Wear your SpaceX/BlueO shirt to work for bonus points No loyalty towards employees. Laid off 30% employees without warning. No 401k match. Not a tech company, this place is your average Meat-Grinder.
