      Pros

      It started out great until the PE takeover and then it was absolute trash

      Cons

      Leadership ran this place into the ground Took too long to make decisions I was asked to fabricate metrics/data and when I refused I was labeled as a "problem child" and ultimately my position was elminated

      -Amazing benefits -A C Suite that is very involved and supportive of their teams -Great Product -Fast growing company with a lot of opportunity -Everyone is so helpful and is working towards the same goal

      Cons

      -The fast pace can be a little overwhelming at times but the work you do here does not go unnoticed and the pros quickly outweigh this
