      Pros

      Everyone is articulate and knows what they're doing. The hiring process is deliberate and thoughtful.

      Cons

      The freedom can be hard for folks as you're trusted to execute your role. I love it though personally.

      I have been working more than 2 years already and is a really good to work, really nice environment, nice people and a lot of new projects

      Not highest salaries in Barcelona, and this is a really important thing to be competitive
