Pros
This is a fairly progressive employer that is willing (depending on the department) to work with the employee with the job/life balance. The Department of Biology is an especial pleasure to work for.
Cons
There were very few downsides. The pay per semester was very low, though, especially when worked out per hour. An upgrade to the biology laboratories would improve the environment.
