Pros

I love what I do. Working with trains is very cool, providing such a valuable service to the community, and being a part of the amazing FrontRunner team makes this one of the best jobs I’ve ever had.

Cons

The pay could be better for what we are expected to do. We are the lowest paid commuter rail operators in the country. As federally licensed locomotive engineers, it’s frustrating we are held to the same pay-scale as the bus drivers in our shared union here at UTA.
