Management puts on a front tells public it values its employees. Behind closed doors all we hear at ground level is criticism and complaints. We hear good job when management is at group events patting themselves on the backs. They are highly manipulative do not answer complaints blame higher level executives or say they didn’t know better as supervisors and managers. It’s gross behavior and has become highly abusive to employees. Very toxic management. They preach high value but do not value the company or employees.
