      Management needs to have rules apply to them. Need to learn the difference of Boss verses Leader. Be the Leader.

      Pros

      If you are looking for a stable job with decent benefits (medical/pension/etc.), then UTA is a great place. UTA also has a pretty generous training and educational program through their LMS that all employees can utilize.

      Cons

      As a government entity (not a State agency), pay for most jobs will be at or less than what you could find in the private sector.
