Fairness. Adjust policies to meet newer generation needs. (Example: Lighten up on some of the strictness with tardiness (missout = 1min late to work; 8 missouts in 12 months is termination). [They need to understand the snowball effect when they reprimand an employee for certain policies]. Admin forgot what it's like to be a public servant, they don't comprehend the current influx of people we share a space with. Scheduling needs help. If it works, don't change it. They change everything every 4 months... Admin expects honesty and integrity from their employees, but yet they get caught in their own webs of lies.
