      Pros

      Training is Excellent for Bus Drivers. Right from the start they make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere to work in. Exceptional retirement for working 5+ years.

      Cons

      Pay a little less hourly than other companies.

      Cons

      They overwork you when you’re on the extra board. You don’t have shifts you have shift windows. Mine is 5-7 pm and they can work me anywhere before or after or during that window. Have to work an average of 2-5 years to be off extra board but even after that you’ll still be working weekends and have split days off. It’s not worth it. Basically if you work here you can kiss your social life and family time goodbye

      Pros

      UTA in the past was a wonderful organization. Now days, I just can't say so. To many changes and we are experiencing growing pains. Just can't keep up.

      Cons

      Way to many system monitors (mystery riders) out in the system giving operators problems. People behind the cameras laugh and mock operators when they set up operators in sketchy situations
