UTA has a good company culture and amazing people

Cons

Salaries in administrative positions are all over the map and there does not seem to be a consistent process used to determine salaries. It all depends on your executive and manager. Higher paid employees with lesser jobs, less experience and less education. Executives discourage employee interaction with the Board of Trustees and filter information that goes to the board not telling the real story of what is going on in the front line of the company.
