disorganized, out-of-touch dictators, lack of creative freedom. the MarComms leadership does NOT invest in growth or development for employees. If you are not a manager, you do not matter.

Pros

UTA is very people oriented and works to take care of it's own employees and the public that it serves. The people that work here are very passionate about what they do and our leadership make it easy to feel like a part of the big picture.

Cons

The Salt Lake valley is a very expensive place to live and there are many positions here that require and education and experience but don't have the pay to match it. Benefits are decent but on the pricier end of spectrum, though there are ways to help lower those costs.
