I always felt so supported my my team and my supervisor. I felt so take care of in my role. The job itself is also so rewarding,

Cons

I don't love the politics of the university and don't love to see the lack of separation from people professions and their religions.

Some of the best staff, co-worker and student relationships I've ever had. The communication and support is great. The job gave great experience as you work in your community to find relevant course content and new instructors. You get a free UTA bus pass and, at the Heber location, access to the campus gym. Good experience on collaboration applications.

Cons

The hours were long for a part time job and did go overtime at points in the marketing cycle to finish projects. At the time, some of the technology was not as up to date as other universities.
