Great benefits! Great support for teachers! Salary is low but adequate.

Cons

Salary is low for faculty. They have too much senior leadership. It's comical. The Utah Theocracy is very visible at all levels. The President is LDS. Most of the Vice-Presidents are LDS. Not much diversity.
