Pros

The pay increases with each step are great once you have obtained a Masters degree. Being in a larger district allows for some more flexibility in classroom structure. Many PDs are offered frequently at no charge.

Cons

High expectations of teachers with minimal support is exhausting. Minimal materials are provided and the majority of the school buildings are very old.
