Cons

Advancement opportunities within are hard to obtain. It seems they rather hire from the outside rather than a qualified candidate from within.

Lots of drama - people seem to talk behind their backs. Definitely not the place to be if you are looking for a positive atmosphere.

Good benefits, salary (negotiate at first because 2%raises are the norm). Fellow employees are kind and easy to work with.

Cons

Management in the NY office does not makes decisions timely. There change focus and do not execute decisions. They should have a training program for employees who want to become adjusters.
