Positions can become very tedious and boring at time. Training program is not very good. I did not feel as though there was much room for growth or promotion. Benefits could be better; health insurance was expensive with high deductibles.

Little to no advancement, more concerned about watching the time employees return from lunch: don't be a minute late! Expect to work harder than you ever have with no acknowledgement from management other than to indicate to you that you are doing your job. Annual reviews are a joke.
