I started my career as a product manager at Utility after graduating in 2021. In my four years at the company, I've had the privilege of working alongside brilliant, hard working and empathetic product leaders, ux/ui designers and engineers. Utility is highly meticulous about the types of projects they undertake. In turn, the quality of projects/clients/scope is excellent. I've had the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients: early stage ventures, fortune 500 companies and everything in between-- the wide range of product work has been invaluable early in my career. I've appreciated Dave and the leadership team's commitment to employee growth and development. They consistently create opportunities for upward mobility and encourage advancement within the company. Support from senior leadership is genuine and accessible, which has created an environment at Utility where employees feel valued and motivated to perform.
