Good pay and decent benefits. Good schedule flexibility

Cons

The management(mainly Produce) has no clue what they're doing. The Produce manager has had numerous complaints of verbal harassments, racism, and sexism. He was even caught physically assaulting his partner in the workplace. Yet nothing has been done. The store manager is incredibility negligent or simply doesn't care. This issue and similar ones are prevalent in other departments as well. Not to mention zero chance of advancement. Qualified people have been working in the same base positions for over 10 years with only $1.50 in total raises and no position advancement. After TEN years. Avoid this location
