Overall not impressed with V2X. Received a 1% raise despite strong performance and paid for professional development after training requests were not approved. Confusing to see a RIF while hiring statistics appeared to show growth. Observed management speaking negatively about departing team members after they left the room. Retirement benefits were adequate but an additional savings plan is recommended.......

Incredibly toxic work environment. Starts with leadership and trickles down to the workers. Poor communication with zero efforts to improve. Colby is constantly talking down people and is quite demeaning. Leadership is too stubborn to retire or die so you're stuck with them until either of the two happens. You are constantly working overtime including weekends
