Lack of growth opportunities. No focus on employee development. Little access to leadership beyond direct supervisor.

Management is mainly retired chiefs who still act like its active duty. If you disagree with anything they will look for a way to terminate you. After, almost 4 years of employment the new Site Manager did not like me, so I was terminated for my clearance taking too long. The work rule cited for termination states you must be hired back if you receive a clearance within 12 months of termination. I received mine 2 weeks after termination and they refuse to hire me back. They ignore CBA and Company rules. We were forced to commit time sheet fraud and safety violations many times. Most people are afraid to speak up about violations because they don't want to be blacklisted by management and terminated falsely. After, being terminated the company reached out to others and lied about my clearance to keep me from getting jobs at other sites. I've worked at multiple different contracts and sites over the years. This is by far the worst management team I have seen.
