Lots and I mean LOTS of turnover over 40 plus people. no pay raises , Poor management , barely would see upper leadership if your not apart of the main headquarters the company could care less about you , they don’t communicate very well about anything And there’s a lot of favoritism here My advice if you’re looking for a quick job for some money go for it but do not recommend long term

Wages are low for the work you do. Do not expect any raises ever, even if they add higher level responsibilities to your workload. Saw a worker go from production to QC without a raise. They hire the cheapest people they can find for positions that require skills and expect a certain level of skills. If money for a project dries up, you're out of a job.
