Pros
This company offers great pay incentives in place of health insurance, the work is easy, and the hours aren't half bad.
Cons
Being remote locations and having to have the main company (in Tampa) to help with problems can be a headache. Miscommunication between the client and our expected SOP. No PTO / Unknown if contract is going to renew
