The $$$ are all that matters to the executive team

Pros

It was once a positive place dedicated to each other and the success of our clients.

Cons

All that matters is how much money they can make with as little staff as possible while delaying our client implementations and support. Who wants to work with angry clients and executives who would drop you for another dollar if they thought clients would tolerate it?

Pros

Co-workers are nice. Great pay. Good work/life balance. Free dental and vision insurance.

Cons

Recently merged and/or got bought out by another company and laid off many loyal employees. Direction of the company is questionable. Company doesn't make the best decisions for it's employees, clients and the company itself. Behind on technology and ticketing software. No direction within departments. Needs better structure.
