Pros

People were super friend and good to work with, manager was very understanding and let you do your work.

Cons

Mentoring/growth path was practically non existent, didn't have clear or best practices put in place, benefits were pretty mediocre

Pros

It was once a positive place dedicated to each other and the success of our clients.

Cons

All that matters is how much money they can make with as little staff as possible while delaying our client implementations and support. Who wants to work with angry clients and executives who would drop you for another dollar if they thought clients would tolerate it?
