Pros

VBA has a great team atmosphere. Everyone wants to be a part of the solution and the solutions we offer to our clients improve their productivity. The CEO has an infectious personality that makes you want to improve your skills and share ideas. Continuous improvement is not exclusive to our products, but also to us as individuals. The new workout room is a perk to keeping active throughout the day. Oh, and we're totally open to a quick nap to power back up. It's great being a part of a team that knows how to laugh, work hard, and grow together.

Cons

The location is about a half hour outside of MKE. I don't mind the drive, as I like to have some space between work and home.
