Pros

Time ago, great people, management making the company move forward, and some really good engineers. Good environment in Wallingford office and good benefits/vacation time.

Cons

Environment in VA office. rush decisions, layoff s without thinking in consequences. Tactics to make people talk bad of others, so layoffs can be justified. Work environment under new management.

'Mission Oriented?' HA! I hope the employee who wrote that didn't sprain their wrist while typing THAT review. The 5 star reviews on here are so obviously fake it isn't even worth debating. The Pros are that I have another offer and can't wait to leave.

Cons

People I know ow will still have to endure here after I am gone. I feel badly for them, having this place inflicted upon them.
