Dishonest about salaries Job changes from day to day no training - blames new employees if they are not trained toxic culture where you are publicly shamed if something goes wrong

Pros

If you are looking for an opportunity for growth this is your place! They really invest in you as an individual and the team environment is amazing. They also have competitions where you can earn great bonuses as well a bonus schedule already set in contract based on performance!

Cons

I can honestly say I don’t think there are cons to working here.
