Pros

Smaller offices keep the overall company values a priority. Upper management cares. Everyone is there to help each other succeed and always willing to give advice when needed. Doesn't have a corporate-y vibe where only the "selected few" are rewarded for their work. Everyone has equal opportunity in this business and is rewarded based on the individual's hard work. Opportunity to make a lot of money if you put in the work and are proactive. You get to help people find jobs which is rewarding in and of itself.

Cons

The ebbs and flows of recruiting/sales can get tough.

Pros

This is an amazing company that really cares about the people that work here. The company offers amazing salaries, benefits, stock options, bonuses, and a very fun reward trip.

Cons

When first getting started - there is extensive information to learn. That is like any new job though. Just some extra time gets you up and running faster.

Pros

One of the best things about Rekruiters is the room for growth and earning potential! As one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, there is hardly a ceiling for where you can take your career here. We have had people start out as recruiters and move into an Account Manager role and succeed within 6 months! The uncapped commission structure makes it even better, as those pay checks can get bigger and bigger $$. During lunch and after work you can find people playing on the ping pong table, arcade-style basketball, or just hanging around!

Cons

The work can be a grind sometimes, but the competitive team environment makes things fun and upbeat!
