      Inconsistent treatment of employees

      Some great people, relaxed office atmosphere, privilege of bringing dogs to work, pay is decent

      Cons

      Some departments receive more attention than others, Sr. Management needs to treat the company as the large company it is, Sr. Management needs to listen to and respect the opinion of middle management, serious employee issues need to be dealt with consistently...way too much special treatment, value/acknowledge talent and get rid of negative, unprofessional, poor performing employees that drag departments down. Also only 3 sick days per year is absurd.

      willing to train, can get overtime, working with animals, education/training is good, employee discount is great, some doctors are great to work with,

      Cons

      hospital manager and director don't care about their employees, no respect, like to treat employees and talk to them like they're stupid, supervisor allowed to walk all over employees, way too much negative feedback and knit-picking, prices are too high, waste some employees talents supervisors lack supervisory skills, they create anomosity amongst coworkers, promote employees tattling on each other instead of supervisors doing their jobs right, director has no guts
