      High compensation overshadowed by poor quality of care

      Pros

      Compensation is on the high end. Open concept is good for clients.

      Cons

      One of the reasons I left was the quality of medicine and not referring things that needed to be referred. Really sick things would sit for days because "we do it best" when they actually needed a real internist or criticalist, not an ER doctor a year and a half out of school. Now at a referral practice, we get some records that are just cringeworthy.

      Flexible benefits overshadowed by toxic leadership dynamics

      CE Stipend, Scrub Stipend, somewhat flexible work life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is more of a dictatorship, three leaders are like mean girls and silence those who oppose them, favoritism blatantly obvious, local HR defends leadership and ignores any and all complaints. Ran like an chaotically organized daycare.
