Pros

Decent benefits, good IT connectivity, good for someone starting out fresh from school

Cons

Small room for growth, project managers are overwhelmed and do not provide good mentoring opportunities, everything needed to be done yesterday and there is no budget. There is no respect or appreciation from upper management.

Pros

VHB as a company cares about their employees! I've worked at other A/E Consulting firms and VHB is so welcoming and stands by their employees, i.e. professional growth, projects, work/life balance and the list goes on! They are a company who is proud yet humble and a company I'm proud to say I'm apart of!

Cons

VHB is very competitive when it comes to pay. I would say to stay abreast of what the market says with regards to pay.

Pros

The company structure holds licensing with software providers and allow for great availability of resources for staff. Great sponsorship for staff activities and networking. Fun place to work.

Cons

Management has a high expectation on bilability targets. Some unecessary stress is added with such profile.
