      Middle Management is overbearing, Over processed work flow creates constant bottlenecks, "Quiet Firing" tactics used to create extremely toxic work environments. Management functions to catch small mistakes from employees and does not offer positive support. Ultimately, marketing is viewed as strictly overhead by the rest of the firm, which creates significant lack of professional respect from other departments.

      Pros

      The company itself is great, amazing benefits and fantastic coworkers and the management is really kind and intelligent. The projects are impactful to the community.

      Cons

      You don't receive training in technical aspects of the job often. Everyone in the office is overworking due to understaffing. A lot of quality control issues wind up popping up due to the time constraints.
