      A great deal of young people

      Cons

      Upper management in last 5 years is bringing the morale down. Only cares about bottom line. Not family oriented at all anymore. Doesn’t care about individuals

      Sometimes great, but room for improvement

      Pros

      Interesting projects, great work from home flexibility and pandemic response, generally good culture, the benefits that are available are generous, supportive team

      Cons

      -Pay on the low end, with very small bonuses for most staff. -No maternity benefits at all beyond short term disability, they don't even cover the insurance elimination period. Sends the message that they are not supportive of women in the workplace, which is compounded by having very few non-admin/HR women in leadership roles. -Some of the diversity initiatives come across as just lip service, especially considering the above point. -Expect staff to not bill hours for work-sponsored events/training
