Pros

Hires top talent, good work product, challenging and interesting projects, intellectually stimulating work. Great place to learn concepts if you're a new grad. Excellent benefits. Ability to occasionally work from home.

Cons

Very few women appointed to Principal role and upper management. They seem to invest more in expanding the footprint than upgrading the current offices/facilities. High stress caused by 100% billability requirement which does not foster a very social or enjoyable work environment. Made to feel guilty when using vacation/sick time. Lower level employees experience get burned out because they won't hire more help until they have enough backlog to justify hires. Company culture is too stiff/conservative.

Pros

Energetic, innovative company. Great working environment, great people. Value added approach to what has become commodity consulting. Diverse practice areas create a great environment for learning.

Cons

New upper management, changing long term vision, lack of understanding of differing business conditions across markets, makes for a work environment that may be OK if you are just coming into the company, but was rather jarring to a long term employee.

Pros

Very Nice and helping people. Good office culture that tries to promote younger generations. Nice social activities & good opportunities for conferences.

Cons

Wastes too much money on unnecessary travel for upper mgmt. & expect mid- lower level staff to be unreasonably billable. Not too many opportunities for growth. No freedom to make decisions on type of work. CEO is not very dynamic.
