      Management has no regard for non clinical staff, you're looked at by your title and how much you make.

      All about money no loyality to to older workers

      A great place to work, salary's are comparable to local hospitals, good benefits

      Cons

      Its all about saving money no loyalty to employees who have worked there a long time, I know of many senior management workers who were forced to retire so that they could be replaced with younger workers at much lower salaries

      Pros

      The patients were so interesting. Most from a wealthy educated background. They wanted to know everything about their healthcare. Pay was decent. Benefits were awful.

      Cons

      HCAHPS score was all that really mattered to the Administrative team. They were not concerned with the reality of patient care, just the dream they were the best of the best. Would not tolerate the nurses having opinions or ideas that were in contrast to theirs.
