      Pros

      great atmosphere, leadership is becoming more progressive. Co-workers are pleasant and there is definitely a spirit of team throughout the hospital

      Cons

      Although benefits are good, they can be quite expensive. There should be more opportunity for those in positions other than nursing to be able to go back to school to further their education.

      So many benefits and opportunities to grow your career.

      Cons

      Not as many outpatient hospital sites. So if you live far from Arlington, it will be a commute.
