Constant turnover after mass exodus of experienced staff. Toxic, self serving nursing leadership who have lost the respect of their staff.

If you’re looking to work for a physician group I would avoid VHC at all costs. My manager in particular was extremely unfair and I would go so far as to say she was bullying. My status was PRN, but my manager disregarded that and used me to her own gain sending me to float sometimes as often as four days out of the week when I was hired to work in one department. I vocalized I didn’t want to be floated, but she only cares if it benefits her. When I acknowledged that she never floated anyone else she said it wasn’t personal when really it was. She would make comments on my uniform when the office was cold and I was wearing a solid long sleeve. But she had no issues with the PCR wearing a black leather printed jacket. She would also make snide remarks on what I was eating. This company also does not want you to grow. During my interview I mentioned my desire to go back to school. My manager wasn’t supportive of it and only looked at me as being temporary.
