      Work from home to be close for my school age child

      Not enough training or opportunities for CEU's. Felt like the co-director didn't listen to my concerns/needs

      Self schedule. Good team work.

      Cons

      Parking off campus. Not enough shuttle busses. Keep on horrible employees who provide unsafe care. Pay overtime to bad employees who have horrible time management. Rewards said employees with roles like charge nurse and unit council work and does not advance hard working RNs.
