Pros

The best interest of patients is always considered first. C-suite is trying to branch out of their comfort zone (rounding out on the units!) They do a good job hiring some very bright and talented people.

Cons

They can hire top talent - but burn them at both ends resulting in them leaving within 2 years Very reactive instead of proactive Departments seem to have a hard time partnering - lots of egos at play
