Really funny and supportive staff that work well as a team in providing both a caring space for students as well as fostering independence.

Cons

You only work 6 hours a day and you will have one month off in the summer which is unpaid time off.

Great pay and benefits. Raises every year. Avg. 3.5%. Union. Paid holidays. Lots of overtime available. No boss with you all day.

Cons

Work all holidays and weekends until about your 5th year. Then you can work pm's or split shift with weekends off, but still have to work holidays. No lunch breaks or breaks except if there is time at the end of your route.
