Good people and atmosphere. Paid time off and benifits. Competitive wages for the area.

Cons

Hard to balance life and work. Too many supervisor's, there is a supervisor/managers for every single area. Hard to advance.

It could get a little exhausting with the day to day work schedule changing so frequently.

Pros

The pay was great, there was always opportunity to do some overtime. Easy job, nothing hard about it and you get to learn the city streets.

Cons

The work schedule is tiring and every day you have to call twice a day to find out what your next work schedule will be. If you happen to get a set schedule with regular hours you will likely get a bad route to work with since the company does scheduled routes based on seniority.
